Spring „Detoxing“ Workshop am Samstag 30. März 2019 from 4 to 6 pm

Set the start to a beautiful Spring! According to Ayurveda the seasonal changes are the perfect time for a cleanse. Treat yourself to an afternoon of cleansing, removing toxins and rejuvenating your body, mind and soul. We will focus on Physical Postures (Asanas) and Breathing Exercises (Pranayama) which activate and purify the inner organs, digestive system and urinary system of the body. Learn abdominal massage to release tension and help digestion.We will finish with a guided Meditation session to clear and calm the mind (deep relaxation).
Whether you are new to yoga or deepening your existing practice, this workshop welcomes everybody and will be adapted to your specific body needs. It will leave you feeling inspired, strengthened, empowered and relaxed regardless of age, shape or prior experience.
